San Antonio (Bexar County) – San Antonio’s family-owned Bubble Bath Car Wash celebrates the groundbreaking of their sixth location with a symbolic ceremony. The newest car wash location, to be built on Fredericksburg Road, comes just before the grand opening of their first South San Antonio location at the corner of Ada and South New Braunfels Avenue. In fact, using the best car buffing machine can help prolong the lifespan of your car paint since the quality of paints can differ from one to another.
The groundbreaking for Bubble Bath’s Fredericksburg Road car wash will be held Wednesday morning, July 12, at the construction site, 3934 Fredericksburg Road. Expected special guests include Larry and Nicholas Lopez, as well as District 1 City Councilman Roberto C. Treviño. The Bubble Bath team anticipates a winter grand opening for the Fredericksburg Road location.
The location also backs up to Spencer Lane near the Interstate 10 frontage road.
The South New Braunfels car wash is slated for a September grand opening celebration. George Gaiser is the general contractor.
Both car wash locations will introduce the latest and greatest in car wash technology and include the eco-friendly features that have grown to be synonymous with the Bubble Bath brand, according to Nicholas Lopez, the company director of operations.
“When we began planning for the new car wash locations, we were committed to bringing state-of- the-art technology to San Antonio,” Lopez said. “They each feature modernized tunnel wash equipment designed for deep rim cleaning, efficient bug scrubbing, additional brushes reduce pre-wash needs and advanced brushes and wraps that boast a deeper car cleaning. Equipped with electric motors, the new washes offer extensive safety measures devised to protect both cars and employees. San Antonio is about to get a little bit shinier and whole lot bubblier!”
“As with all Bubble Bath Car Wash locations, our commitment to the environment was key in planning out these washes. Both will be equipped with PURClean Water Recovery Systems and hydroflex soap and wax injection systems, significantly reducing water usage, and will utilize biodegradable products,” said Dr. Larry Lopez, Bubble Bath Car Wash founder. “We also plan to implement the use of solar panels, which we’ve already installed on our other three open tunnel washes.”
